Thank you to Dance Director Erica Bawek, dancers Adriana Garcia-Ruelas and Maria Romero for their beautiful performance at Tropico de Nopal for the Day of the Dead Calavera Fashion and Walking Altares Show. Putting the LA in GuadaLAjara!
In December I had the pleasure of attending the Feria Internacional del Libro, where Los Angeles was the guest of honor and had the assigned task of bringing a cultural program of literature, art and music that was representative of the city. We did not disappoint! I helped friend, Colin Gunckel to put up the large wheat paste graphics for the show that were made by Jesse Vidaurre for the show.
